Initial Concept Assessment
Initial static stability checks and weight estimation as the start point for futher development
Mooring Analysis
Fully coupled analyses to assess the integrated effects of hydrodynamic, turbine and mooring loads on system performance
Modelling
We take the initial concept and design and build our own scale models. We identify suitable test facilities in our research network able to support wave tank testing in parallel with numerical coupled analysis
Life Cycle Cost & Revenue modelling
We work with our commercial analysis partners to develop life cycle cost versus revenue (LCOE) models to account for all phases of construction, installation, operations and decommissioning
